We do not guarantee availability of any of the products listed on our website. If we are out of stock on an item, we order it. If the item is discontinued, you will receive an email stating so. Although we have access to the products listed on our site, availability and pricing are not guaranteed. We will do our best to fill every order as quickly as possible. If a product page says “will ship within x-x days,” this means essentially that the item is not in stock at our warehouse, but can be ordered and will be available to ship within the time frame listed. If the item is not available at our distributors, the customer will be informed within 24-72 hours.

Watches displayed as available may have already been purchased. Availability is updated as often as possible. If a watch is displayed as available when the order was placed, but we no longer have the watch in stock, we will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged.

Warranty

Rousounelos.com is not and does not claim to be an authorized dealer of any brand advertised on our website. We specialize in discounting only the highest-grade Swiss timepieces. We trust these timepieces to be of such high caliber that we place a warranty on all our watches for the period of time listed under ‘Product Warranty.’ Please do NOT expect the factory warranty on any watch we advertise. Rousounelos.com is the sole warrantor of ALL Brands sold on our website. Since we are not authorized dealers for any brand sold on our website, we do not offer any warranty on manufacturer’s defects beyond the return policy period.

Price Protection

Due to the fact that our prices are based on acquisition, we do NOT offer any price protection. Our prices are based on market costs at the time of purchase. A customer CANNOT send back an item that he/she paid a higher price for in order to repurchase it at a lower cost. We do not offer any price any price guarantee on any product that we sell.

We reserve the right to change our sale and retail prices at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance
